RETURNS + EXCHANGES

At the act. studio, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions: Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of your order being delivered. The item must be sent back to us in the original condition, unworn, with all original packaging. If your order was sent with a 'free gift with purchase' this must also be returned to complete your refund. Please contact us at info@theactstudio.com to begin your returns process. Returns are not free and we do advise customers to use a tracked service. We are unable to accept returns that are lost - using a tracked service will provide insurance with the courier.

To initiate a return, please contact info@theactstudio.com In your email please include: - Your Order Number - Reason for Return Our team will then advise our returns address and instructions. You will be asked to arrange shipment back to us within 7 days of email communication. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to us. the act. will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - we suggest using tracked shipping service with signature upon delivery. Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 3-5 business days. Please note that your return will only be accepted if it meets our returns criteria.
