Returns and Exchanges
What is Your Return Policy?
We would be happy to return or exchange your purchase from us depending on your order.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be sent
back to us in the original condition, unworn, with all original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns for items purchased with a discount code
during a promotional period, such as 2 FOR 1 offer or on sale item - The Kensington. You are only able to exchange for a new pair.
Returns & exchanges are not valid over the Black Friday period.
Returns are not free and we do advise customers to use a tracked service. We are unable to accept returns that are lost - using a tracked service will provide insurance with the courier.
How Do I Process a Return?
To process a return, please contact info@theactstudio.com
In your email please include:
- Your Order Number
- Reason for Return
Our team will then advise our returns address and instructions. You will be asked
to arrange shipment back to us within 7 days of email communication.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to us.

tracked shipping service with signature upon delivery.
Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund
within 3-5 business days.
Please note that your return will only be accepted if it meets our returns criteria.
